Thank you for considering your next stay to be at the Royal Renaissance. Our home is warm and filled with the presence of God. Our hope is that your stay is rested and made easier just by being with us. Our home is approximately 14 minutes away from Bethel church (door to door by car) in a beautiful, cheerful neighborhood full of trees, a great neighborhood to go walking if you so choose. We now offer, due to changes in Redding's Hosted Homestay laws, Two rooms, with comfy Queen size beds, designed for adult guests (we apologize in advance, we are NOT equipped for children or babies). In the two rooms downstairs there is separate parking space in the back of our home and a shared bathroom/shower.
Upstairs, there is a separate bathroom, with shower, if needed. There's free Wifi throughout the place and there is Direct TV in the first larger room. There are small refrigerators in each of the two rooms... Our kitchen is available to prepare and cook light meals.

Rates are at $65.00 USD a room per night, and we are only booking up to three weeks maximum. There is a 12% Redding bed tax (city tax) that will be applied to the total for guests staying less than 30 days as well as a small credit card charge when booking with us.
